At Veyra, each crystal collar is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. We want you and your pet to love every piece. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
The original packaging and tags must be included
An order number or proof of purchase must be provided

For hygiene reasons, collars that have been worn cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

We will provide:

A replacement item, or
A full refund, including original shipping costs

Each order includes one complimentary exchange for issues caused by Veyra. For other exchange requests, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders & Customs
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable for international orders, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For orders where additional shipping fees were charged (such as remote location surcharges), these fees will be refunded in full if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
